Our experience with Fortus Realty Inc. was very pleasant. Denise was very quick to supply new listings and set up showings that met our criteria. When writing the offer her guidance and knowledge of the area was so valuable. During the discovery period she was very proactive in providing agencies to contact regarding facets of this particular property (pond/creek/well/septic etc…). She recommended a loan officer that was also very knowledgeable and efficient in processing the loan package. Both Denise and Jimmy were positive regarding all issues that were presented. I could go on and on, our experience was fun, exciting and moved along at a very acceptable pace. What can I say, she’s Realtor of the Year!
