Too many realtors are only interested in obtaining the listing – after that – they relax and take it easy knowing that they have locked themselves a nice commission. She works! Denise is also even-keeled and did not fill our heads with false hopes but was able to provide us hard-nosed, realistic assessments of our home which help make our decisions based on what the current environment in the market would support rather than what we “hoped” it would support.
