We’ve been looking at the Coeur d’Alene market on & off for the last six years and have just recently closed on two properties for our family members. Denise really represented us well, keeping us informed and coordinating with some great local contractors. Having someone so knowledgeable with the surrounding area and being so well connected to the business community certainly helped—and being the president of the local realtors’ association doesn’t hurt either.
