We started out the home buying process in Coeur d’ Alene with another agent, and were starting to feel very uncomfortable with the other agent. One night we were browsing the web and happened to call on a listing that Denise held. I explained our current situation and she gave some good counsel on trying to resolve our relationship with the other agent, which we found ethical. When this did not work, we turned back to Denise. We were out of the area and Denise listened to us and understood our needs. She then gave us good counsel on all homes that we had an interest in. She previewed multiple homes and gave us detailed information over the phone when we were not available to preview these homes in person. At the end of the day, she found us a home that really exceeded our check-off list. She also become very protective of us as her clients, which really we did not expect, but really appreciated. We are just so glad that fate allowed us to find her!
